Roy "Big Country" Nelson is a Las Vegas native who has helped train some of the top fighters in the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) world, and now makes his home with Ken Shamrock's legendary fight camp, the Lion's Den. Roy wanted a program that would allow them to focus on their sport and have the chance to excel in their sport. The fund provides participants an innovative way to raise funds for their sport.


Roy "Big Country" Nelson has been helping athletes from all ages for over fifteen years. Since he has become the IFL Heavyweight Champion Of The World, he now have been given the opportunity to help his fellow athletes in a big way.He has created and help develop this 108 Team program.The program is simple; any and all of the net precedes goes to the Free Gas Fund or to a particular athlete or team. The program was started to help the starving athletes in the sport of grappling, mma, and any other sport that is hard to find funding for. Sponsors of this program are special because they have been helping these athletes for years. Roy and his newfound celebrated or star status has brought more attention to the Free Gas Fund to help get the word out and help these athletes to be the next star.
